3D Human Airway Mucosa Model

REPROCELL’s Alvetex Scaffold inserts (AVP005) can be used to develop a 3D model for human lung mucosa, which shows multiple cell types typically found in the airways. This 3D mucosal model can be extended to create a model for bacterial infection, which allows study of the mechanism and treatment of COPD and otitis media.
