A revolutionary single-use disposable 300mL bioreactor for scaled and intensified sensitive cell cultivation to be used with the BioThrust ComfyCell Incu system. This version of the ComfyCell Incu Single-Use Vessel 300mL is optimized for single cell or microcarrier processes. The blades of the Membrane Stirrer for single cell processes are optimized for maximum possible gas transfer (facilitating up to 10× compared to comparable bioreactor systems) while still being low shear and eliminating foaming.

ComfyCell Incu Base Unit: Enables full control of mixing (0-150RPM) and gas exchange, even automated intermittent stirring is supported. Made from injection molded plastic and full sealed for use in a CO2 cell culture incubator.

ComfyCell SUB 300mL: Comes pre-installed with tubing, locks and clamps for easy autoclaving at customer site. Once autoclaved, it will enable easy development of modern CGT processes and can be linearly scaled to 2L or 10L thereafter.
