Cell Isolation and Enrichment

Magnetic Cell Isolation

Our magnetic bead-based cell isolation platforms enable precise enrichment or depletion of immune cell populations using specific cell surface markers (T cells, B cell, NK cells, monocytes, macrophages).

Capabilities include:

  • Positive selection for target cell capture
  • Negative selection for untouched cell populations
  • High purity and viability for downstream applications

Non-Magnetic Cell Selection

Our immunodensity approach is applied directly to fresh whole blood samples to isolate immune cell subsets of interest.  The approach is based on the following:

  • Negative selection
  • Antibody labelling and red blood cell rosetting
  • Integration with a density gradient centrifugation protocol

These approaches are widely used across immunology, cell-based assays, translational research, human tissue models, and disease relevant functional studies.

Primary Cell Derivation

Following isolation, cells are:

  • Expanded under controlled culture conditions
