ReproMSC16 cells were generated from ReproMSC12, a standard iMSC line that was generated from our StemRNA™ Clinical Pilot line, RPC-SKH-44-F19 (established from fibroblasts using the StemRNA Reprogramming Technology).
iPSC-derived MSCs, sometimes called iMSCs, offer several advantages over primary MSCs, including a minimally invasive collection process and high proliferative capacity, and they are good candidates for gene editing.
