1. Basic Policy
By eliminating the information gap, REPROCELL (the Company) aims to create an appropriate stock price that accurately reflects corporate value, actively and effectively disclose information, and build long-term relationships of trust with investors through shareholder-oriented management.

2. Information Disclosure Standards
The Company's standards for information disclosure are as follows.
- Corporate information that is required to be disclosed by laws and regulations
- "Inside information (insider information)" as defined in the Securities and Exchange Act and "material facts" as stipulated in the rules of stock exchanges and associations

3. Method of Disclosure
The Company discloses information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rules set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange on the Timely Disclosure Information Viewing System (TD Net) provided by the Exchange in accordance with the Regulations. In addition, the Company will actively and fairly disclose information such as in press releases and securities reports.
4. Future Prospects
When the Company discloses future performance forecasts other than those required by laws and regulations, it will be disclosed as performance targets (plans). In addition, when disclosing in writing, it is clear that it is a performance target (plan), and a disclaimer (precaution) and risk factors are included.
5. About stock price
Recognizing that stock prices are determined by supply and demand trends in the stock market, it is our policy not to comment on stock prices, volume, or occurrence of stock prices in principle.
6. IR Quiet Period
In order to prevent the leakage of financial results, the Company shall set a "quiet period" for two weeks prior to the date of financial results announcement.
However, if there is a possibility that the forecast will deviate significantly during the quiet period, information will be disclosed through a press release.
