ComfyCell Incu Single-Use Bioreactor 300mL (for Single Cells/Microcarriers)
A revolutionary single-use disposable 300mL bioreactor for scaled and intensified sensitive cell cultivation to be used with the BioThrust ComfyCell Incu system. This version of the ComfyCell Incu Single-Use Vessel 300mL is optimized for single cell or microcarrier processes. The blades of the Membrane Stirrer for single cell processes are optimized for maximum possible gas transfer (facilitating up to 10× compared to comparable bioreactor systems) while still being low shear and eliminating foaming.
Note: ComfyCell bioreactors BT-INT-C-ISU-0.3-1 are optimized for culture of more robust single cells (e.g. T-Cells, NKs, HEK, CHO) and microcarriers, for culture of ultra-sensitive cells or self-aggregating spheroids, see ComfyCell bioreactor BT-INT-C-ISU-0.3-2.

ComfyCell Incu Base Unit (100-240 VAC)
The ComfyCell Incu Base unit contains a motor, a pump for aeration and LEDs for illumination. These provide consistent stirring & active aeration (leveraging an incubator atmosphere) of ComfyCell Incu 300mL disposable bioreactors.
The motor mechanically connects to the BioThrust ComfyCell Incu Single-Use Bioreactor 300mL from the top to drive the Membrane Stirrer inside the vessel. The pump is connected via silicone tubing to actively aerate the media with high efficiency by pushing the incubators atmosphere through the hollow fiber membrane blades.
