Tissue Dissociating enzymes for isolating primary cells
The Brightase-C/TH Kit contains one vial each of Brightase-C and Brightase-TH. The kit is designed for the dissociation of tissues for the establishment of primary cell cultures. The recombinant enzymes that make up the kit are expressed in Brevibacillus and highly purified. The enzymes are provided as separate vials to allow optimization of the enzyme ratio.
No animal products are used in the production of Brightase-C/TH.
