2. Synapse formation
Drebrin accumulate on the protrusion of dendrites (MAP2) and Co-localize with presynaptic proteins (Synapsin I) on the neurite.
3. Drug response
Neuro cultured with ReproNeuro MQ medium shows a decrease in spontaneous action potential (electrical spikes) in response to antagonists of NMDA and non-NMDA receptors.
