Attachment Solution for the Serum-Free Culture of Mesenchymal Stem Cells 

MSC Attachment Solution is a clear sterile solution containing human fibronectin (hFN) obtained by affinity purification on gelatine-sepharose from human plasma. This solution is particularly useful for the culture of cells that are not capable of synthesizing their own biomatrix or when culturing cells in serum-free medium. The solution was qualified for the attachment of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) when cultured in serum-free media.
