StemFit AK02N is a cell culture medium optimized for iPS cell expansion and maintenance.  StemFit supports the cultivation of cells in both attached and suspension format. The medium also enables single cell passaging of iPSC (requires Y27632 - Rock Inhibitor). For complete medium preparation the mixing of 3 separate components is required.

Human iPS cells cultured with StemFit AK02N showed stable high growth rates.

2. Cell morphology and expression of undifferentiated marker

Human iPS cells cultured with StemFit AK02N show robust expression of pluripotency markers including Oct3/Oct4 and SSEA-4.

3. Cell seeding density and maintenance of pluripotency

Human iPS cells seeded at higher densities in StemFit AK02N medium continue to proliferate while maintaining the undifferentiated state.
