Description

REPROCELL USA is seeking a dynamic and ambitious commercial manager to join its sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving global top-line growth of REPROCELL stem cell products and services. The candidate will be able to provide evidence of initiative, leadership and delivery of sales targets. He/she will be responsible for sales of REPROCELL’s market-leading stem cell services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide. REPROCELL offers a competitive salary (commensurate with experience), bonus scheme and company pension.

The successful applicant will preferably have the following attributes:

  • Experience of commercializing stem cell products or services
  • Demonstrable track record in a CRO or life sciences sales environment, with evidence of driving growth in sales of high value contract research services
  • A developed network of contacts within the life sciences industry
  • An excellent communicator and listener, able to promote REPROCELL products & services through a variety of media including conferences, e-marketing and consultative selling
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to generate repeat business
  • Entrepreneurial initiative, for example, in launching new products or services in response to unmet market need
  • The applicant will be based in the USA but will be expected to travel to visit clients in other regions, including Europe and Japan
  • Monitor and support field sales staff to ensure their actions are focused on achieving targets for the stem cell business
  • Organise and report sales activity to management
