RCESD006 contents

  • 10 beating clumps. Each clump contains around 10,000 cells
  • ReproCoat (Coating material, 30mL)
  • ReproCardio culture medium 2 (80 mL)
    (Need to be supplemented with 20mL FBS before use.)

 

For extracellular electrophysiological recordings using a multi electrode array system or live fluorescence imaging, our assay medium is available separately.

ReproCardio kit 1

Storage condition Cells: in a 37 degC CO2 incubator upon receipt
ReproCardio Culture Medium 2: 4 degC, or -20 degC for long time storage
ReproCoat: room temperature

It can take up to 4 weeks before shipping in case we don’t have a stock of the cell clumps.
