Laminin-5 is a human recombinant coating material for human ES/iPS cell feeder-free culture. With Laminin-5 and ReproFF2, ES/iPS cells can be maintained stably in undifferentiated state in the long term. Scraping is not required for passaging when ReproCELL’s dissociation solution is used together, which makes passaging procedures very simple and gentle for the cells.
